Based some other top ingot factory's help, we can produce ingots in our own factory and easily to produce alloy bars like 6063,6061,6082,6453 as raw material for aluminum profiles. this production let us cut the cost on the raw material. And better to conrol the qualtiy well.
2,Already have more than 40 countries and areas moulds and familiar with the quality demands. In past 25 years, we invest the moulds to make all designs moulds to produce different profiles based different markets wanted.
3,Extruders from 800Ton~6400 Ton covered most dimensions of the Industry profiles. Have some clients for industry profiles, one is biggest Truck Manufacturer in South Africa and one is the biggest 3D Printer Manufacturer in America. All our profile physical properties such as Hardness, Stretchability,Flatness,Straightness and Tolerance are satisfied by ASTM America Standard.
4,CNC machining workds & Colorings. Have more than 15 CNC machines to finish milling,drilling, stamping and coloring included: sand blasting, sand polishing, acid polishing, hand polishing, blue polishing ect.
With keeping manufacturing process design, quality planning, key manufacturing processes and final quality control in house, we are mastering key competence to supply quality aluminum extruded profiles to our customers for both China and Export Market.

Packing:
1, Bundles Packing: Inside: packed with plastic protective film to protect each piece. Outside: Wrap to be bundles by waterproof craft paper or EPE film.
2, Carton Packing: Inside: Each pcs pack in one plastic bag. Outside: Numbers of quantity put in one carton.
3, Wood Pallet Packing: Inside: Bundles or cartons packing; Outside: Numbers of bundles or cartons laden on one wood pallet.
4, Customized Packing As Clients Request is Available.
Q1:Do you make customized products based on our design drawings?
Re: Yes, we are a professional metal fabrication factory with an experienced engineering team, to make custom products according to clients’ drawings.
Q2: Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
Re: Yes, we will not release your design to any third party unless with your permission. And we can sign the NDA before you send the drawing if you need.
Q3: Is it different surface treatment, the same price?
Re: No, the price of the plating is higher than the anodic oxidation. The prices will be quoted as per client's specific requirement.
Q4. If I choose plating process, all color can do?
Re: No, plating process with current technology can't be all color. However several hot-sale conventional color is available, such as: black, white, gray, silver, gold, etc. As customers require.
Q5:How to visit your factory?
Re: Welcome to our factory, we can pick you up from SHANGHAI Airport or the Hotels if you want.
